Performance Overview

The YBX4-BT4 series of flameproof, ultra-high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors represents a new generation of energy-saving, totally enclosed, self-fan-cooled, three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors, manufactured using optimized designs, new materials, and advanced processes. The efficiency ratings of this series meet the Grade 2 energy efficiency requirements specified in GB 18613-2020 ("Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors") and align with the IE4 standard defined in IEC 60034-30. Their explosion-proof performance complies with GB 3836.1-2021 ("Explosive Atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General Requirements") and GB 3836.2-2021 ("Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosures 'd'"), featuring a flameproof design. The YBX4 series motors are characterized by high efficiency, high starting torque, low noise, an optimized structure, and superior cooling performance. Their explosion-proof markings are: Ex db I AT4/BT4 Mb and Ex db I AT4/BT4/CT4 Gb.

The YBX4-CT4 series of dust-ignition-proof three-phase asynchronous motors is manufactured in accordance with national standards GB 12476.1-2013 ("Electrical Apparatus for Use in the Presence of Combustible Dust – Part 1: General Requirements") and GB 12476.5-2013 ("Electrical Apparatus for Use in the Presence of Combustible Dust – Part 5: Protection by Enclosures 'tD'"). This series complies with the JB/T 10352-2015 standard. Their explosion-proof markings are: Ex tD A21 IP65 T130°C and Ex tD A22 IP65 T130°C.
