Performance Overview

The YVF series variable-frequency speed-regulating three-phase asynchronous motor is derived from the YE3 series and complies with the GB/T 755 standard, "Rotating electrical machines – Rating and performance." It utilizes the IC416 cooling method, and its efficiency meets the IE3 requirements specified in GB/T 32891.2-2019, "Efficiency classification of rotating electrical machines (IE code) – Part 2: Variable speed AC motors." Compared to other speed-regulation methods, the system formed by this motor and a variable-frequency drive offers significant energy savings, excellent speed-regulation performance, and a wide speed-adjustment range. It features low noise and low vibration, is compatible with a wide range of domestic and international variable-frequency drives, and serves as a complete replacement for the YJTG and YVF2 series low-voltage variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous motors. It is suitable for variable-speed applications involving constant-torque and quadratic-torque loads, such as fans, pumps, and compressors.
