Performance Overview

The YEJA series AC electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor is a totally enclosed, fan-cooled, squirrel-cage induction motor. Designed in accordance with IEC standards, this series features high starting torque, compact construction, rapid braking, reliable operation, high efficiency, energy savings, and low noise. It is composed of two main parts: a standard three-phase asynchronous motor and an AZML series three-phase AC electromagnetic brake. The motor's rear shaft connects to the brake's friction disc via a spline coupling, while the electromagnet is mounted on the motor's rear end shield; the system operates on a power-off braking principle. It is particularly well-suited for machinery requiring rapid braking, precise positioning, and the prevention of coasting—such as elevators, transport equipment, printing machinery, packaging machinery, textile machinery, ceramic machinery, electroplating lines, and gear-reducer drive systems.
